My wife and I are very impressed on the leve of professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, patience, and knowledge Lovaughn displayed. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Much higher lever of customer service than when I visited the Verizon store some time ago. Our phones arrived on time, our phones numbers ported over without any issue, and the phone plan and services are as we requested without any hidden add ons. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall experience and I would definitely recommend friends and family over to Verizon if Lovaughn would be the one to do it.
